Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry to the prize draw is made by registration at www.mygolfdate.com. No purchase necessary. Only one entry per person.

The closing date for receipt of all entries is the 29th April 2005.

The draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 with a permanent UK address.

The name of the winner will be made available for publicity purposes within the My Golf Date website and any associated press coverage. The winner may be asked to participate in post event publicity.

There is no cash alternative or other prize available, and the prize is non-transferable. The draw is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Responsibility will not be accepted for applications incorrectly supplied by email.

The winner will be chosen at random from those entries received by the closing time and date of the promotion.

The winner will be required to supply proof of identity.

The judges' decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The chosen winner will be informed by email, and the person will be given appropriate contact details of the promotion with The DeVere Belfry. The booking is subject to availability on selected dates between 30th April 2005 and 31st October 2005.

The prize includes weekend accommodation (overnight Friday and Saturday) for two adults sharing a standard room at The De Vere Belfry including a round on the Brabazon and PGA Courses (start times to be determined by the Course Management. Handicap certificates may be required, alternative Derby course may be offered to beginners). Buffet style evening dinner in The Atrium Restaurant, use of all the leisure facilities, which includes heated in-door swimming pool, spa pools, sauna and solaria, fitness gym etc. Entrance to the Bel Air nightclub.

The prize excludes outward and return travel to The DeVere Belfry, all additional expenses, purchases and gratuities not expressly included in or available as part of the prize.

My Golf Date.com and Green Meeting Ltd are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control in regard to availability of facilities and services at The De Vere Belfry.
